Clear your Chrome Cache

Dear Colleagues,

Welcome back to a wet and windy Term 2.

An intermittent issue has been encountered by a small number of staff as they return to school. If, when trying to access TD, your staff see this message:

Please ask them to:
  1. Sign out from CloudShare (Google Apps);
  2. Clear their Chrome cache, deleting everything "from the beginning of time" except their passwords, and;
  3. Sign in again and access TD.

If your staff still can't access TD please submit a ticket to the TD Help Desk and we'll investigate.
