As you know, Interact requires the technical stars to align correctly for proper function; students must be signed in correctly, the Chrome extension must be properly installed on student machines, etc. This new diagnostic tool will help you immediately identify the fly in the ointment.

Smarter Smart Copy

Smart copy continues to evolve.  A recent update will improve processing speed. Smart Tip for Smart Copy:

Make Smart Copy work for you. If a file sharing or copying event does not reach all students, you can fix it with a single click.
