Teacher Dashboard Issues

Dear Colleagues,

I wanted to alert you to some issues we're having at the moment that may be impacting your use of Teacher Dashboard.

First, the Smart Copy function is not working reliably. Teachers are reporting that files are not being copied into student folders, or the copy process is taking longer than expected.
Hapara have acknowledged this problem and indicated that they expect this issue to be fixed by the end of this week.

Second, adjustments to classes, teachers and students are taking longer than expected. That is, in the case where the Teacher Dashboard configuration for your school needs to be changed, this process may take more time than our usual 24 hour turnaround. This second issue is turning out to be difficult to fix, so we have no firm ETA on when it will be resolved. We apologise for any delays this will cause.

Be assured that myself, Gordon and the Hapara team have the resolution of these problems as our #1 priority and we will provide further updates as they come to hand.

I know that many of you have championed the use of Teacher Dashboard in your schools, often going above and beyond in your efforts. We trust that these temporary issues won't negatively impact the use of Teacher Dashboard going forward by your staff and students.
